She is Blue Diamonds Trusted Court supervisor on Blue Diamonds behalf!

Basically what Zircon does is keep blue diamonds court in line and fixes any problems or mishaps happening around her. 

Zircon has a witty, Biotchy attitude ((Much like Yellow Diamond)) But when seen with her Diamond, she is sorta pleasant...

Her gem is a pointed tear drop, located on her abdomen.
